Today, on the 18th January 2023, Raya Holding For Financial Investments announced it's certification of Top Employer 2024. This makes it the second year in a row in which the group has been awarded this certification.
The Top Employer Institute has conducted a thorough audit on the company, assessing multiple aspects including the HR Best Practices (Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage, and Unite).
Receiving this certification twice in a row is a testament to the importance and value of people at Raya as well as the HR policies and procedures.
