From the 11th to the 15th of September, Raya FMCG completed phase 2 of USAID's Capacity Building Program under the Ebdaa Rehletak Unit (ERU) in the Raya Academy training program.
The Capacity Building Program is split into three phases in which each phase is completed over 5 days with training starting from 9 AM to 7 PM. Each of the three phases covers the development of numerous skills such as; communication, presentation, facilitation, management, marketing, negotiation skills amongst many others.”
All three phases of the Capacity Building Program are scheduled to take place before the end of 2022 at New Damietta City, Egypt.”
