On Tuesday 17th January 2023, the Top Employer Institute announced that Raya Holding for Financial Investments has been awarded the Top Employer Certification in Egypt in 2023.
In order to receive this certification, Raya has undergone a very thorough audit conducted by the Top Employer Institute in which they assessed many factors through the HR Best Practices Survey. The survey consists of 6 main themes, "“Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage, Unite," which determine eligibility for participation.
